Here’s  a morph that was made as a request at the DAZ forums.

There is an INJ pose for loading the morph and hiding the pinky and a REM pose to reset the hand back to normal.  Just put the files anywhere you want in the Pose library.
These were made for Poser but seem to work OK in DAZ Studio.
